Testing laboratory
Seven stations that decide whether a needle leaves the building.
Before a batch is released it passes through the test room: geometry under the microscope, dimensions on the bench, then mechanical checks on instrumented rigs. Every reading is logged against the same limits we quote on the drawing.

Needle tests, filmed at the bench.
Two short clips from the test room — the rigs running, rather than a still frame of them.
Laboratory
Six rooms, one continuous sample path.
Physical, chemical and biological work share the same controlled area, so a sample never leaves the clean environment between one test and the next.
Physical test room
Syringe, tensile and projection stations lined up along one controlled bench.
Analyst station
Profile projector and PC at the bench — readings logged straight into the batch file.
Chromatography
HPLC stack and purification system working under an extraction arm.
Fermentation
Glass bioreactors with gas supply for pilot-scale expression runs.
Molecular bench
Micro-volume spectrophotometer and thermal cycler for identity and purity checks.
Sample preparation
Tubes balanced and loaded into the centrifuge rotor before clarification.
Production workshop
From moulding to a sealed blister, inside one cleanroom.
Consumable production runs as a single flow: assembly at one end, inspection and packaging at the other, with operators gowned throughout.

Two clips from the workshop floor — assembly, inspection and packing in sequence.
Factory visits
See the floor for yourself.
We host customer audits and factory visits in Changzhou. Tell us which line you want to inspect and we will schedule the room.
